The Condition Book Index screen will print the Index between a specified date range, and can be limited to each Breed Type, or for State Restricted races. As a convenience, the index sort fields are also available in the report generation screen as well as in the Admin Maintenance section on the menu.
From Date – Enter the date you would like the races in the index to start
To Date – Enter the date you would like the races in the index to end.
Race Card – Defaults to day. Evening should be selected, only when there are two cards on the same day.
State Restricted races Only – Check this box if you want to display state bred races only on the index page.
Breed Type – Allows the user to select which breed to display from the drop down menu.
