Tab 6 – Moneys – The system will require Purse monies to be entered on each race. Press on the Tab entitled 6 – Moneys or Hold down the ALT key and press the number 6 on the keyboard. The following screen will appear:
Index type – This field will be automatically populated from the previous screens. Condition code – This field will be automatically populated from the previous screens. Purse – Type purse amount. The money symbol will automatically appear. If an identical race was written previously a message will appear, asking if you want to accept the default purse. You may answer yes or no. If you say yes the purse will appear in filed. Alternate Distance – A user may select an alternate distance from the drop down box. Included and/or Plus Money – If the race has a supplement to the purse, then place the purse in the "Amount" field and select what type of fund from the drop down box under "Type".
