When this screen is displayed, the system has calculated the predicted
handles for each of the races that were selected in the “Suggest Races”
screen. All post time conflicts are shown if the track has set up the
list of “coordinating tracks”. Conflicts can be resolved by changing the
post times in this screen as well. Exotic wager information is displayed
so the user can see if any issues have occurred based on the number of
entries that were taken for each of the selected races. Modifications
can be made to the wager information at this point if the user wishes.
These changes can also be made later after the draws if they are not entered
in this screen.
You can also set the minimum number of entries required for a specific
wager type. If the minimum number of entries is not reached, the race
number and affected wager will display in red, denoting the wager cannot
be offered.
Post Times Pane – This
pane displays the Race Number, Post Time, and Conflict indicators. If
you had previously setup tracks to check against in the Post Time Schedule
tool, conflicts will display here. To resolve a conflict, you can move
your post time by a few minutes.
Race Number – If any Race
numbers are listed in red, this indicates
a problem with the type of wager that has been assigned to this race.
To resolve, a wager type may have to be removed, or the races may need
to be renumbered.
Wager Type – This dropdown selection contains all available wager
types. To add another, make your selection from the dropdown box. The
"Wagers Taken" grid is populated with the wager and the "Wager
Heading" text is generated for that wager. Subsequent wagers are
added to the grid and appended to the "Wager Heading" text.
Wagers
Taken – This
pane contains all wager types from your wager template based on the number
of races. Any wagers displayed in red denotes a problem with that specific
wager.
Delete - To delete a wager from the selections, simply highlight
the wager in the "Wagers Taken" grid and press delete key on
the keyboard. This will remove it from both the "Wagers Taken"
grid and the "Wager Headings" text box.
Modify Wager Heading
Text - You may
alter the "Wager Heading" text, but please remember to keep
the text accurate to the corresponding wagers that were selected.
Wagers Paid -
These are the wagers that
are paid out on each race. These are used for the program formats that
display the pay out boxes in association with the WPS boxes on the program
page.
