The Retrieval screen on your RTO HB menu is where you can find pre-scheduled reports as well as large reports that require a lot of processing time, such as the Account Balance Detail Report.
The Retrieval screen is located on the Admin line of your menu.
Here is an example of several pdf links that will retrieve a copy of your Account Balance Detail Report.
With this feature, we have the ability to schedule certain reports to generate in the middle of the night and be ready for you in the morning. If you would like to have the Account Balance Detail Report automatically generated every day / week / month, please let us know your preference and we’ll set that up for you. We can also include any other custom reports you run frequently that take a while to generate. Let us set these up to run in the early morning hours, and be waiting for you when you login. The reports will remain in this screen for 7 days, or until you manually Delete them.
