SAR Reports

The SAR Filing Notes allow the bookkeeper to keep track of SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) filings on individual horsemen.  The SAR Reports button located on the ‘Notepad’ tab of each horsemen account give the bookkeeper the ability to record the date, time, user who entered the report, if the report was filed and any notes needed on the specified entry.

Each field is defined as follows:

 

Date – The date the report was entered.

Time – The time the report was entered.

User – The user name of the person entering the report.

Filed – A checkbox indicating the report was filed.

Notes – Any comments as to why a report was or was not filed.

Del – A checkbox to select an entry to delete.  

Add – Adds a new report entry.

Edit – Edits an existing report entry.

Delete – Deletes report entry selected.

Exit – Exits report grid screen and returns to ‘Notepad’.

Print – Prints report of SAR entries on horseman account.
