Two reports appear in this menu option: Taxable Earnings and Taxable Earnings Summary. These reports should be used to review all the taxable amounts that were calculated by the Generate Amounts process.
If errors are identified with the taxable amounts, research of the horsemen’s account will need to be done. Start by printing a statement on the account, and then go to Transaction Maintenance or Race Finish to make the necessary corrections. Correct the problem and then run the Generate Amounts process again to pickup the changes that were made.
If errors are found with the account information such as the name or social security number, go to the Horsemen Maintenance screen, and update the necessary information. After all corrections are made, run the Generate Amounts process to update the corrected information.
