The user can generate a report to gather all the horses meeting a certain search requirement. Each field is described below:
Quick Code – The user may type in a code based on the ones assigned to horses in the Horse maintenance screen.
Class – The user will select a race type from the drop down menu.
Sub Class – The user will select a condition if applicable. Example: 1XMC/NW2
The user can select a track from the Last Started or Last worked columns.
Lower Age - Place an lower age in this field
Upper Age – Place an upper age in this field
Breed - Select Breed of race.
Sex – Girls, Boys or Both
Surface – Dirt, Turf or Both
Distance – Short, Long or Both
State Restriction – State Bred or not
Sort By – The user may sort the report by horse or by trainer.
Include Horses Stabled Here – The user can included horses that are stables at the track.
Competitive Brain Class - This is the class that the horse is possible of competing at and is updated based on a horse’s ability to complete at a certain race level.
Begin Date and End Date fields – Allows the user to specify a date range of races to search through.
Last Race Date – Gives the user the option of displaying the Last race date.
Last Workout Date – Gives the user the option of displaying the last workout date.
Last Started and Last Worked - lets a user limit his search to horses that last started or worked at a particular track and/or training facility.
