At the bottom of the Horsemen Maintenance / Account Information screen, there is a button entitled 'Acct History'. This button will produce a statement of the account in Adobe Acrobat for the default date range setup in the Admin Maint / Facility Configuration / Reports Tab. If a date range other than the default dates is needed, you can change the dates in the . The statement can be printed, or saved as a ‘pdf’ file.
To print a statement press the button.
The system will begin processing a statement using the default statement date range. A Statement Date Range box will also be display should you wish to edit the Beginning or Ending Date range. If so, enter the desired date range, and press the 'Get History' button. The system will then generate another statement based on the new date range. Otherwise press 'Close Window'.
