Email Addresses

Multiple email addresses can be stored on the Email tab.  The Email address that is set as the Primary email address is also used by the Statement process when the email option is selected.

 

 

 

Description:  A personalized description can be added for each email address.

E-Mail Address:  Enter the complete email address. 

Primary:  Only one email address can be set as Primary.  Choose 'Yes' from the dropdown box.  Multiple email addresses can be recorded on the screen, but only one can be set as Primary.  The Primary email address is used by the Statement process when the user requests to send a statement to a  horseman via email.  See documentation on the Statement process for more details.

Active:  This indicator can be switched from Yes or No depending on the circumstances.  After entering the email address, click the Insert button to store the data in the grid above.

Insert:   After entering a new email address, press the Insert button to store the data on the grid above.

Save:  To edit an existing email address, double click on the line to be edited from the grid. This information will populate the fields at the bottom of the screen.  Make adjustments and press ‘Save’ to store the new data.

Delete:  To delete an email address, double click on the line to be deleted from the grid. This information will populate the fields at the bottom of the screen.  Press the ‘Delete’ button to remove the data.
