BC Payment Verification Form

This menu option gives the bookkeepers the ability to view all Breeders' Cup races and the status of whether the BC Payment Verification Form has been sent or not.  Forms can be sent from this screen if the form was not originally sent via the Race Finish process.

 

 

Year:  Select the year of the races you want to view.

Show only races that have not been sent:  By placing a checkmark in this field, the system will remove those races where the form has already been sent to Breeders' Cup Limited.

Run Date:  Date of the Breeders' Cup race.

Race Name:  The name of the Breeders' Cup race as obtained from the Stake Account in Race Finish.

A/G:  Added or Guarenteed.

Date Sent:  The date the Payment Verification Form was sent to Breeders' Cup Limited.

Order of finish has been certificated by steward:  Place a checkmark in this box after the stewards have certified the results of the race.

Association Official:  Enter the name of the steward certifying the race.

Title:  Enter the steward's title.

View/Print:  Press this button for the system to begin gathering the information necessary to complete the Breeders' Cup Payment Verification Form.  The form will generate into Adobe Reader for viewing and printing.

Send:  After the form has been printed and reviewed, press the Send button to email the form to the Breeders' Cup organization.  If the form is not complete, the following message will be displayed:

 

 

You can choose to send the incomplete form by pressing 'OK', or click 'Cancel' to not send the form.  The form can be sent at a later time after all the information is completed.

Note:  The Nomination Fee amount is obtained from the amount entered into the Nom Amt field at the top of the Race Finish screen.
