This process will create Disqualification notices that can be printed and mailed to the horsemen that nominated the horse to the race.
After horses have been Disqualified via the Futurities Auto-Disqualification process, you can choose to print Disqualification Notices as follows:
Year - Select the running year of the race
Race - Select the race from the choices listed in the dropdown box.
Due Date - From the dropdown box, select which due date you want the system to use when checking for payments that have not been made.
View/Print - This will generate one notice for each nominator listing the name of the race and the horse that was disqualified for non-payment. The Nominator's name and address will be displayed on the letter as it appears in the Horsemen Maintenance, Mailing list database. This report can be printed onto the your pre-printed stationary if desired. See the example below:
